Terms of Service
Bookings
An online booking is a request for a slot and is confirmed once we contact you by SMS, email or phone. Walk-ins are welcome and served on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellations and lateness
Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to cancel or rearrange — a quick call to +44 7810 176566 is enough. If you're running more than 10 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or rebook you so later customers aren't affected.
Pricing
Prices shown on this site are indicative and confirmed in shop before any service begins. We accept card and cash.
Children
Under-16s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, who remains responsible for them in the shop.
Products
Unopened retail products may be returned within 14 days with proof of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Complaints
If you're not happy with your service, tell us before you leave and we'll put it right wherever we can.
